Spectators: 37 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ronaldo Pinho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Telmo da Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hassan Lecroq. Lyon's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Telmo da Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Castanheiro SC were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Lyon's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sebastião Paulista took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Sebastião Paulista got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hassan Lecroq quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After a rather tough play, Lyon's Yves Landes got a free kick in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Lyon's zone, Ronaldo Pinho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hassan Lecroq came out of the goal and Ronaldo Pinho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 2-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Ronaldo Pinho elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jonathan Moura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hassan Lecroq having to interfere. Marco Bezerra kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Sebastião Paulista got a free kick in the 18th minute. Lyon's Florent Liagre couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Castanheiro SC. After 22nd play minutes Jonathan Moura shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Hassan Lecroq and just under the crossbar into goal. Castanheiro SC's Dagoberto de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didier Donnart in the 25th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Castanheiro SC's Ronaldo Pinho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hassan Lecroq made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 31st minute, Castanheiro SC's Telmo da Fonseca ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hassan Lecroq. Hassan Lecroq yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. Hassan Lecroq was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Isaltino Dionísio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 6-0 in the 36 minute of play. Hassan Lecroq made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Zé Pedro Dionísio sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Lyon defense, Ronaldo Pinho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hassan Lecroq. The Lyon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hassan Lecroq should have stopped the shot. In the 46th minute, Castanheiro SC's Telmo da Fonseca dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 8-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Didier Donnart made a kick off. Hassan Lecroq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Telmo da Fonseca in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldo Pinho in the 55th minute of play forced Lyon's goalkeeper Hassan Lecroq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hassan Lecroq showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute Telmo da Fonseca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hassan Lecroq saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hassan Lecroq showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldo Pinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Hassan Lecroq came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Castanheiro SC's Telmo da Fonseca. But to his dismay, Telmo da Fonseca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Telmo da Fonseca in the 69th minute of play forced Lyon's goalkeeper Hassan Lecroq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Ronaldo Pinho put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Hassan Lecroq. Didier Donnart could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Dagoberto de Queirós made a huge save. Hassan Lecroq made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldo Pinho in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Zé Pedro Dionísio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castanheiro SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Zé Pedro Dionísio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Telmo da Fonseca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castanheiro SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 12-0. Telmo da Fonseca struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Hassan Lecroq didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castanheiro SC. Hassan Lecroq showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Toledo in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Isaltino Dionísio had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Théodore Janet charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Théodore Janet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Théodore Janet kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
