The audience was convinced that Nicanor Pueblo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kemal Yasun was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. 17 minutes into the game, Nicanor Pueblo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Kemal Yasun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 21 minutes into the game, Süleyman Özmut was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mekanik United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Waitakere F.C. the free kick. Nicanor Pueblo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kemal Yasun read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Nicanor Pueblo made a precise shot to the right of Kemal Yasun. Mekanik United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Waitakere F.C.'s Nicanor Pueblo got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Waitakere F.C. made a substitution. Mateo Marin kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. There was no doubt that Waitakere F.C. were the better team. Waitakere F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
