Zorros del Desierto's Leonel Santana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Zorros del Desierto from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Özgür Göktürk managed to get in a good position for a shot. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's supporters rose to their feet, but Özgür Göktürk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Santana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 27 minutes into the game, Zorros del Desierto's Jerry Maguire nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Recep Talha Uçhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Recep Talha Uçhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nino Maravilha in the 33rd minute of the match. Recep Talha Uçhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jerry Maguire, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A hard shot 40 in the game by Nurettin Çağakan from a close distance when the talented Leonel Santana managed to make a qualified save. Zorros del Desierto's players were relieved. Ursino Cabero charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Özgür Göktürk hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When Faustino Barasarte came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Zorros del Desierto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Barasarte couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Zorros del Desierto's Ursino Cabero got a free kick in the 57th minute. Zülfikar Özkurt struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Leonel Santana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ. 60 minutes into the game, Zülfikar Özkurt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zorros del Desierto the free kick. After 60 played minutes ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ got a freekick which was hit by Zülfikar Özkurt. Leonel Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mahir Buyrukalp in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th match minute, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zülfikar Özkurt to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute of the match Ursino Cabero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Recep Talha Uçhan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 76th match minute, ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halit Gürgan to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Zorros del Desierto's goal looked a bit too open when Özgür Göktürk came free, but Leonel Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Zorros del Desierto eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
