Cauã Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simão de Lara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Mamutes EC booed when Bem Bolado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Prata didn't get a good kick on the ball. João Carlos Paranaense hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Sandrinho Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bem Bolado's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mamutes EC the free kick. In the 85th minute Cristóvão Saraiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson Paranaense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cauã Pitta was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ronaldo Dantas showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-3 in the 89 minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Bem Bolado's goalkeeper Cauã Pitta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ronaldo Dantas.
