The referee ignored Barbieri Sports's protests and gave Victorino Giraldo a yellow card for diving instead. Victorino Giraldo kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute of the match Rafa Leme sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Breno Vergílio skillfully saved the ball. Cayetano Amaya made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when José Augusto Hoffmann sent off a good shot on target. José Augusto Hoffmann might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cayetano Amaya. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. José Augusto Hoffmann ran back to his position shaking his head. José Augusto Hoffmann's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Amaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes had been played when some careless play by Juguemos con el 5's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benjamin da Mata was slow to take the kick. During this time Barbieri Sports's players had a chance to rest. Rafa Leme kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Augusto Hoffmann got free with Cayetano Amaya in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th match minute, Juguemos con el 5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Håland to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Juguemos con el 5's goalkeeper Cayetano Amaya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Breno Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dorel Antohi in the 30th minute of the match. Breno Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leandro Pacho, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Leandro Pacho kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 37 minutes Juguemos con el 5's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Benjamin da Mata who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Benjamin da Mata got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Cayetano Amaya quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Erling Håland received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Breno Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Dorel Antohi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Breno Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Augusto Hoffmann charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed José Augusto Hoffmann the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Barbieri Sports's José Augusto Hoffmann got a free kick in the 45th minute. Breno Vergílio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dorel Antohi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin da Mata stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benjamin da Mata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Amaya having to interfere. Cayetano Amaya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 62 minutes into the match, Barbieri Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Erling Håland came free, but Breno Vergílio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Pacho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Breno Vergílio made a huge save. Juguemos con el 5's Joaquin Rufio was substituted for Leandro Pacho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Quintin in the 86th minute of play forced Barbieri Sports's goalkeeper Breno Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Vergílio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Ekaitz in the 87th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Barbieri Sports's Benjamin da Mata sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cayetano Amaya narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute, Barbieri Sports's Cenap Gerdaneri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Cenap Gerdaneri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Barbieri Sports protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Cenap Gerdaneri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Barbieri Sports! The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Rufio got free with Breno Vergílio in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 98 played minutes Juguemos con el 5 got a freekick which was hit by Christian Günther. Many of Juguemos con el 5's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Juguemos con el 5 may have spent more time on the ball, but Barbieri Sports were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
