In the 23rd minute, Matthew Frutig left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fischverband Ostschweiz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Robert Ununger charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Robert Ununger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Ununger in the 93rd minute of play forced Fischverband Ostschweiz's goalkeeper Grayson Gruenigen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Robert Ununger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
