An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Piatek in the 16th minute of play forced Colo-Colo's goalkeeper Rambo Ramírez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alfred Piatek in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rambo Ramírez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rambo Ramírez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Piatek, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute.
