Lazaro Meja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Faro in the 3rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Leones FC's Jaime Mundo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Mundo in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lazaro Meja prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Kwyjibo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvadore Porregimon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diegotxe Lope hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Alejo Louis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 14 minutes of play, Leones FC's Jaime Mundo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lazaro Meja was left in no man's land by his defense there! Godfredo Ascencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 minutes, Diegotxe Lope mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kwyjibo and the Leones FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Kwyjibo getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Diegotxe Lope hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Louis came free, but Lazaro Meja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urtungo Campa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Amador Jakue made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Salvadore Porregimon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urtungo Campa got free with Amador Jakue in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Kwyjibo booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Mundo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 35th minute Severino Mendana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Emiliano Faro fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leones FC's protests and gave Emiliano Faro a yellow card for diving instead. After 40 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Emiliano Faro. In the 41st minute, Urtungo Campa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kwyjibo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. If Alejo Louis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alejo Louis made a kick off. Frantxizko Reboyras struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Amador Jakue didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kwyjibo. In the 62nd minute, Severino Mendana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Kwyjibo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diegotxe Lope didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leones FC's Emiliano Faro got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Emiliano Faro off the ground. Emiliano Faro hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After 69 minutes, Frantxizko Reboyras made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Leones FC's Amador Jakue tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd minute, Urtungo Campa made a precise shot to the right of Amador Jakue. Leones FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. After 80 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by Frantxizko Reboyras. The supporters of Leones FC booed when Kwyjibo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvadore Porregimon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute, Leones FC's Esteve Abar ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lazaro Meja. Lazaro Meja yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. Ciro Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Leones FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
