The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Formentera's Paulo Enmanuel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdullah Akoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 5th minute, Semih Hunalp made a precise shot to the right of Froilan Jacob. Formentera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 12 minutes had been played when some careless play by Formentera's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hermengildo Roano was slow to take the kick. During this time Derminator's players had a chance to rest. Froilan Jacob made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Yaşar Çaykara in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Formentera's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hermengildo Roano was slow to take the kick. During this time Derminator's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Burak Tanyıldız got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Froilan Jacob quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Mustafa Yaşar Çaykara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Jacob having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Justino Hondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Froilan Jacob showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Semih Hunalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Geronimo Silviano kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the game, Paulo Enmanuel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdullah Akoğlu. Paulo Enmanuel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. 31 minutes into the match, Formentera's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Tanyıldız came free, but Froilan Jacob reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Derminator got a corner. Formentera's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hermengildo Roano ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Hermengildo Roano almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Formentera's Froilan Jacob did a great save. Justino Hondo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Burak Tanyıldız had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Froilan Jacob. Formentera's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Burak Tanyıldız was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. 39 minutes into the game, Derminator's Burak Tanyıldız nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Froilan Jacob made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-4 lead.
Derminator made a substitution. Alin Cristaldo replaced Hermengildo Roano. The wind increased when Paulo Enmanuel made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Justino Hondo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Formentera's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Derminator the free kick. A collision led to Formentera getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Justino Hondo hit a great ball. Bernardo Ignatius charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bernardo Ignatius the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bernardo Ignatius kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Semih Hunalp recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Froilan Jacob. Semih Hunalp showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. Semih Hunalp's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Froilan Jacob firmly grabbed it by the left post. When Formentera's Paulo Enmanuel in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Derminator's goalie prevented a goal. Burak Tanyıldız who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 69thth minute tested the skills of Froilan Jacob when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Burak Tanyıldız in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Froilan Jacob, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ariel Libertad's late challenge caught a Derminator's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ariel Libertad helped the player get up and apologised. 74 minutes into the match, Derminator's Tevfik Ünsevin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Froilan Jacob narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Froilan Jacob came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Derminator's Burak Tanyıldız. But to his dismay, Burak Tanyıldız quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. With a little luck, Formentera's Froilan Jacob got control of the ball when Burak Tanyıldız tried to sneak it across the goal line. 86 minutes into the game, Paulo Enmanuel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Abdullah Akoğlu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Burak Tanyıldız kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 91stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Formentera's keeper Froilan Jacob was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. After 92 minutes Formentera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alin Cristaldo who took care of the corner kick.
