Argentina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benedicto Naelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes in the game Clemencin Duran did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Leonello Messias. Benedicto Naelio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Loco Malo having to make a save. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Loco Durazno sped through Lagrima en Jarrita's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Loco Malo. Argentina's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
