Daddy Gol started the match with the kick off. Daddy Gol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cumali Oykan having to interfere. Cumali Oykan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Remus Voican went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cumali Oykan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daddy Gol in the 19th minute of the match. 24 minutes into the match, Vecdet Koçyiğit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mugurel Bleoancă. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vecdet Koçyiğit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some careless play in the Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- defense, Tuna Usun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mugurel Bleoancă. The Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mugurel Bleoancă should have stopped the shot. A collision led to ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mustafa Namık Ihlamur hit a great ball. Cumali Oykan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vali Aurelianu in the 41st minute of play. Cumali Oykan came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Daddy Gol. But to his dismay, Daddy Gol quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Eduard Balc took a quick shot and it went in 2-3 without a chance for Cumali Oykan to make any attempt to save it. In the 59th minute, Vali Aurelianu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cumali Oykan. The goal made the score 2-5. Mustafa Namık Ihlamur kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ got a freekick which was hit by Ferhat Tan. Eduard Balc could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Cumali Oykan made a huge save. 67 minutes into the match, Eduard Balc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cumali Oykan. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduard Balc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Remus Voican scored to the left of an out of position Cumali Oykan, making the score, 2-7. When Vecdet Koçyiğit fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's protests and gave Vecdet Koçyiğit a yellow card for diving instead. In the 78th minute, Daddy Gol made a precise shot to the right of Cumali Oykan. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-8. After 81 played minutes Daddy Gol rounded ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-9. In the 84th minute, Daddy Gol ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cumali Oykan was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-10. Cumali Oykan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remus Voican, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Eduard Balc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cumali Oykan. ÇORUM SPOR KULÜBÜ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eduard Balc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-11. Cumali Oykan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vali Aurelianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nistor Predescu in the 95th minute. Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
