Lenny Winnepennincks fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maksymilian Prusinowski having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ozan Heybetli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maksymilian Prusinowski was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Sixten Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Barnaba Latkiewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 26th minute, Ozan Heybetli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Ozan Heybetli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Maksymilian Prusinowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of FC Hammarby Sjöstad booed when 1909 Tarnovia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jakub Gondela didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1909 Tarnovia's goalkeeper Maksymilian Prusinowski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Ozan Heybetli made the kick off in the second half. Ozan Heybetli hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Sixten Tunander took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zdzislaw Biraga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Ozan Heybetli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Maksymilian Prusinowski. That made the score 0-5 in the 61 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zdzislaw Biraga in the 66th minute of play forced FC Hammarby Sjöstad's goalkeeper Sixten Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Ozan Heybetli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maksymilian Prusinowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Ozan Heybetli took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maksymilian Prusinowski. Maksymilian Prusinowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 78thth minute of the game Ozan Heybetli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1909 Tarnovia's Maksymilian Prusinowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ozan Heybetli's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Maksymilian Prusinowski firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 86thth minute of the game Ozan Heybetli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1909 Tarnovia's Maksymilian Prusinowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ozan Heybetli blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maksymilian Prusinowski having to make a save. Sixten Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prosper Vandamme, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. The FC Hammarby Sjöstad players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
