Iurie Chiriacescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Figari in the 13th minute of the match. If Fernandinho Mesquita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Joaquim Ubiña in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by CD Boiro's Sidney Pontes. Iurie Chiriacescu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Figari in the 17th minute of the match. Iurie Chiriacescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute PIAUÍ FC were awarded a corner. Renato Sá went to the cornerflag to take it. Paulo Batista was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Víktor Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 25 minutes of play, CD Boiro's Andoitz Arias made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Iurie Chiriacescu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Guga Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Figari in the 30th minute of play forced PIAUÍ FC's goalkeeper Iurie Chiriacescu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baturhan Oytun in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Perico Raya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Perico Raya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guga Trancoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Perico Raya had great luck who in the 47thth minute grab hold of the ball when Guga Trancoso from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 48 played minutes CD Boiro got a freekick which was hit by Radoslav Pindzhurov. PIAUÍ FC's Renato Sá couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for CD Boiro. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edgar Figari was the one to do the kick off. Zeng Yong kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the game, Guga Trancoso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Perico Raya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute Baturhan Oytun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perico Raya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baturhan Oytun took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Perico Raya. Perico Raya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. PIAUÍ FC made a substitution. Mete Gøl replaced Guga Trancoso. In the 75th minute Qiao Qing Xiao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iurie Chiriacescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Perico Raya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mete Gøl in the 79th minute of play. CD Boiro's Perico Raya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baturhan Oytun in the 82nd minute of play. If Mete Gøl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When PIAUÍ FC's Baturhan Oytun in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CD Boiro's goalie prevented a goal.
