In the 27th minute Kim Enström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kajetan Kossakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valentin Odén to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Sandström in the 52nd minute of play forced Newcastle United's goalkeeper Kajetan Kossakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
