If Camillo Sciarretta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Justino Hustaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Inautzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Bernardino Dimas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berry Bliss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Donato Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Justino Hustaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Hustaz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Angelino Inautzi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 21 minute of play. Bernardino Dimas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berry Bliss in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute Virgilio Bingen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Dimas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, Atlético Rio Cuarto's Angelino Inautzi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Justino Hustaz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 28th play minute Angelino Inautzi came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Justino Hustaz. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Berry Bliss in the 39th minute of play forced Atlético Rio Cuarto's goalkeeper Bernardino Dimas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

In the 53rd minute, Black Sails's Virgilio Bingen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. In the 58th minute, Black Sails's Berry Bliss ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bernardino Dimas. Bernardino Dimas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Black Sails's Alonzo Urtzi got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Sails's goalkeeper Justino Hustaz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Atlético Rio Cuarto's Bernardino Dimas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Bingen in the 66th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Atlético Rio Cuarto's goal looked a bit too open when Camillo Sciarretta came free, but Bernardino Dimas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Atlético Rio Cuarto's Bernardino Dimas got control of the ball when Virgilio Bingen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Primitivo Abeitia charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Primitivo Abeitia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Atlético Rio Cuarto were victorious despite being under pressure from Black Sails for much of the match.
