After 3 played minutes LiBeRiA F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Hartz. After a rather tough play, Club Vertigo's Damian Tirulescu got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Well-Well Benne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Wang Jun Bo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mei Zhi Jian in the 14th minute of play forced Club Vertigo's goalkeeper Ovidiu Caranfil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidiu Caranfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilijano Kitanovski in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th minute Mei Zhi Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Caranfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute of the match Club Vertigo got a corner. LiBeRiA F.C.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. The audience was convinced that Mei Zhi Jian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ovidiu Caranfil was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 97 minutes of play, LiBeRiA F.C.'s Mei Zhi Jian made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ovidiu Caranfil was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the final whistle sounded LiBeRiA F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Vertigo.
