La Mandarina Mecánica's Naike Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Checa in the 16th minute of play. La Mandarina Mecánica's Marcos Abad quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Benito Ubelteso, made in the 17th minute of the game. Luken Abad struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Lancelot Cambero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Mandarina Mecánica. 20 minutes into the match, Itacaruaré's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Colas came free, but Lancelot Cambero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 27th minute Fabricio Checa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naike Abalos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th minute, Arnaldo Colas made a precise shot to the right of Lancelot Cambero. Itacaruaré's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Despite this Naike Abalos quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Colas in the 39th minute of play forced Itacaruaré's goalkeeper Lancelot Cambero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Hanni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half La Mandarina Mecánica were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnaldo Colas to make the kick off. Naike Abalos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabricio Checa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Fabricio Checa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Naike Abalos. La Mandarina Mecánica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fabricio Checa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The supporters of Itacaruaré booed when La Mandarina Mecánica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Abad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luken Abad kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. In the 79th play minute Arnaldo Colas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lancelot Cambero. 2-3. Lancelot Cambero stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnaldo Colas's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. La Mandarina Mecánica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elias Leimann in the 86th minute. In the 90th match minute, Itacaruaré was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Benitez to maneuver through the defense. La Mandarina Mecánica's Naike Abalos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabricio Checa in the 92nd minute of play. In the 97th minute, Marcos Abad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Mandarina Mecánica walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
