The C.A.Chicago Rosarina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ruben Jerico should have stopped the shot. Kerrigan Frankson kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After having played for 14 minutes, Keeghan Duggan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ballyvoneen Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Keeghan Duggan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With his leg Ruben Jerico managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Ballyvoneen Utd's Keeghan Duggan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 23rd minute, Rorke McBjarton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Keeghan Duggan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalmacio Selmo made in the 31st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ulises Erauso however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Keeghan Duggan in the 36th minute of play forced C.A.Chicago Rosarina's goalkeeper Ruben Jerico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes, Dalmacio Selmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A.Chicago Rosarina and the Ballyvoneen Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes C.A.Chicago Rosarina got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Selmo. Gil Todd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Eneas in the 45th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Gil Todd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Eneas in the 52nd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as C.A.Chicago Rosarina's Romulo Eneas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gil Todd. That made the score 1-1 after 53 minutes of play. C.A.Chicago Rosarina's Ruben Jerico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keeghan Duggan in the 56th minute of play. Keeghan Duggan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Ruben Jerico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Bragain Glen Crowe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 61st match minute, C.A.Chicago Rosarina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romulo Eneas to maneuver through the defense. Romulo Eneas charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romulo Eneas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Romulo Eneas kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Gil Todd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Romulo Eneas in the 67th minute. Ballyvoneen Utd's Keeghan Duggan got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Chicago Rosarina's zone, Keeghan Duggan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ruben Jerico came out of the goal and Keeghan Duggan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ballyvoneen Utd's Gil Todd proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Ballyvoneen Utd from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute of the match C.A.Chicago Rosarina got a corner. Ballyvoneen Utd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulises Benat ran over to the corner to take the kick. When Keeghan Duggan came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Ballyvoneen Utd fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keeghan Duggan couldn't finish the play. If Keeghan Duggan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Aristides Gurutz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gil Todd. That made the score 1-2 in the 86 minute of play. Gil Todd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Eneas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The Ballyvoneen Utd fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. C.A.Chicago Rosarina were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
