Santo Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joseph Joestar in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dagoberto Custódio in the 24th minute of play forced Clube Audax Metropolitano's goalkeeper Santo Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Clube Audax Metropolitano's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Joestar came free, but Santo Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Litoral EC - CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Joseph Joestar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santo Lano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute Jonathan Petri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
