With a little luck, Red John S.K's Severino Aguiar got control of the ball when Arnaldo Coutinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Red John S.K getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Sanderson Costa hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the game, Sílvio Veiga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red John S.K's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rondinone F.C - FDFDF the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Red John S.K was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sílvio Veiga to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Luís Eduardo Arce took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Severino Aguiar to make any attempt to save it. Red John S.K's Severino Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Faria in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Red John S.K's zone, Kléberson de Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Aguiar came out of the goal and Kléberson de Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Daniel França hit a great ball. Samuca Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Monteiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Paulo Zonta in the 43rd minute of play forced Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goalkeeper Samuca Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes Red John S.K got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo Passos. A hard shot 47 in the game by Luís Eduardo Arce from a close distance when the talented Severino Aguiar managed to make a qualified save. Red John S.K's players were relieved. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Eduardo Arce to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Pedrinho do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Aguiar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Eduardo Arce in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Aguiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Red John S.K's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arnaldo Coutinho was slow to take the kick. During this time Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Arnaldo Coutinho to fire away a dangerous shot which Severino Aguiar despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 55th match minute, Red John S.K was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Júnior Cosme to maneuver through the defense. After 56 played minutes Red John S.K got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Braga. 60 minutes into the game, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Luís Eduardo Arce nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severino Aguiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 95 minutes into the match, Red John S.K's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Pitta came free, but Severino Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF fully deserved thier win.
