In the 17th minute Miguel Joseph shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Sorgun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Aztore came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by FCFiratRom's Bahattin Enfal. But to his dismay, Bahattin Enfal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 25 minutes, Miguel Joseph managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Hermoso Beach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Joseph was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FCFiratRom's zone, Hilario Flores stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kıvanç Sorgun came out of the goal and Hilario Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Turan Çile was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FCFiratRom! 43 minutes into the match, FCFiratRom's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Joseph came free, but Kıvanç Sorgun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ahmet Nasir Akkın to strike the kick off in the second half. Kıvanç Sorgun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Bixintxo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Monte Hermoso Beach's Marco Bixintxo got a free kick in the 65th minute. Diego Lorien received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Kıvanç Sorgun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FCFiratRom's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
