The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cesinha Mazza during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 12th match minute, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesinha Mazza to maneuver through the defense. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Cesinha Mazza got his second yellow card of the match in the 23rd minute. The referee ordered Cesinha Mazza off the ground. After a rather tough play, Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Cesinha Mazza got a free kick in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, Ahmet Nasir Akkın dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of José Paulo Xavier, 2-0. In the 35th minute Geovani Vieira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kıvanç Sorgun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmet Nasir Akkın to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Joélson Donatello made a precise shot to the right of Kıvanç Sorgun. FCFiratRom's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. José Paulo Xavier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Nasir Akkın in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of FCFiratRom booed when Rio Verde F.C CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ivo Pernambucano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Necaettin Safih scored 3-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of José Paulo Xavier, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kıvanç Sorgun made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Joélson Donatello sent off a good shot on target. FCFiratRom's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
