Basilio Justin came out of the goal and Kim Enström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonatan Felipo kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Roland Bäcklin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Justin having to interfere. Basilio Justin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kim Enström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Håkan Sandström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Justin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Håkan Sandström in the 24th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Basilio Justin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th minute, Dionisio Monico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonatan Felipo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven Palmquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Club Atlético Atlanta booed when Scrotum Kickers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Erik Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute of the match Dionisio Monico shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sven Palmquist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Håkan Sandström hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Club Atlético Atlanta's Basilio Justin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Enström in the 40th minute of play. Jonatan Felipo took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sven Palmquist. Sven Palmquist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paul Broberg made a kick off. Kim Enström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karl-Erik Jonsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Justin having to interfere. Basilio Justin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kim Enström's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Kim Enström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Basilio Justin. Kim Enström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Kim Enström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Basilio Justin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 71 minutes, Agustin Pacho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Atlanta and the Scrotum Kickers FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Club Atlético Atlanta's Leonardo Paulin was substituted for Joaquin Fonso. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Club Atlético Atlanta:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Scrotum Kickers FC:s goal. Sven Palmquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonatan Felipo in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Scrotum Kickers FC booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Paulin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Paulin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven Palmquist having to interfere. Paul Broberg kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 97th match minute, Scrotum Kickers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dag Bollström to maneuver through the defense. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Scrotum Kickers FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
