In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lagrima en Jarrita's goalkeeper Loco Malo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonello Messias in the 9th minute of the match. 13 minutes into the match, Lagrima en Jarrita's goal looked a bit too open when Benedicto Naelio came free, but Loco Malo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Benedicto Naelio got free in front of the goal in the 13th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Loco Malo was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Albano Jaunzuria got free with Loco Malo in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the game, Lagrima en Jarrita's Leonello Messias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lev Yashin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Loco Malo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benedicto Naelio's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. After 22 minutes, Benedicto Naelio made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A throw-in in the 25th minute of the game was made by Ceferino Nalo with Valentín Perales as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Albano Jaunzuria in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Loco Malo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 31 played minutes Lagrima en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Leonello Messias. Lagrima en Jarrita's Loco Malo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Naelio in the 36th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Benedicto Naelio made the kick off in the second half. Lagrima en Jarrita made a substitution. Dalmacio Llorian replaced Leonello Messias. Lagrima en Jarrita's Cleto Firmin was substituted for Kong Hao Xi. Argentina's Albano Jaunzuria managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Clemencin Duran in the 59 minute of the game. Lev Yashin made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Dalmacio Llorian sent off a good shot on target. Lagrima en Jarrita's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olgierd Karanowski in the 63rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benedicto Naelio in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loco Malo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Argentina's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arnaldo Perpinya in the 66th minute. After 67 played minutes Lagrima en Jarrita got a freekick which was hit by Clemencin Duran. Argentina made a substitution. Loco Durazno replaced Benedicto Naelio. In the 68th minute, Clemencin Duran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Argentina were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Lagrima en Jarrita's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arnaldo Perpinya took the corner. After taking down the ball on Argentina's corner Arnaldo Perpinya fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Loco Malo quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 81 minutes, Loco Durazno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Argentina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Loco Durazno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
