João Paulo Urbano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Buzoianu, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After 4 minutes S.C. Reis United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was George Buzoianu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that George Buzoianu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this João Paulo Urbano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. F.C. Baia Mare -MM- were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after S.C. Reis United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. George Buzoianu took the corner. The corner ended in Manuel Tărbac almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano did a great save. João Paulo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iosif Gurlui in the 7th minute of play. João Paulo Urbano came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s Iosif Gurlui. But to his dismay, Iosif Gurlui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Elói Koehler charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elói Koehler the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elói Koehler hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Octavian Podgoreanu hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Rafa Mello took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 19th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Zsigmond Pál. F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 21 minutes, Iosif Gurlui made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. S.C. Reis United's João Paulo Urbano tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 24 minutes into the game, F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s George Buzoianu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Paulo Urbano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. George Buzoianu took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Paulo Urbano. João Paulo Urbano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After 31 played minutes F.C. Baia Mare -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Anton Baicea. After a rather tough play, F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s Octavian Podgoreanu got a free kick in the 33rd minute. S.C. Reis United's Rafa Mello couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for F.C. Baia Mare -MM-. If George Buzoianu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. João Paulo Urbano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from George Buzoianu in the 36th minute of play. George Buzoianus short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got João Paulo Urbano to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 62nd minute, Iosif Gurlui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Tărbac kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Reynaldo Siqueira suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 68 minutes, Manuel Tărbac mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Baia Mare -MM- and the S.C. Reis United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Manuel Tărbac hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Henrique Trigo came free, but Zsigmond Pál reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s George Buzoianu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of João Paulo Urbano. That made the score 0-5 after 73 minutes of play. After 78 minutes F.C. Baia Mare -MM-'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rafa Mello who took care of the corner kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermínio Reis during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 86 played minutes S.C. Reis United got a freekick which was hit by Hermínio Reis. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. F.C. Baia Mare -MM- walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
