When Koča Kafarov came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the DREAM TEAM WORLD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Koča Kafarov couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeledon Tabb got free with Lu Zhen Sheng in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 12 minutes into the match, KaoS Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Koča Kafarov came free, but Pierluigi Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Koča Kafarov managed to get in a good position for a shot. DREAM TEAM WORLD's supporters rose to their feet, but Koča Kafarov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pierluigi Buffon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pierluigi Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koča Kafarov, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of KaoS Futbol Club booed when DREAM TEAM WORLD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Nevada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romano Cocolina made in the 22nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lluis Companys immediately put the ball in play. Koča Kafarov took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pierluigi Buffon. Pierluigi Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Pierluigi Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koča Kafarov in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Tabb came free, but Lu Zhen Sheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zeledon Tabb got free in front of the goal in the 34th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Lu Zhen Sheng was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Koča Kafarov had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pierluigi Buffon. KaoS Futbol Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Koča Kafarov was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Pierluigi Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Koča Kafarov in the 38th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Igor Lebas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, KaoS Futbol Club's Ramon Chus got a free kick in the 51st minute. After having played for 52 minutes, Koča Kafarov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DREAM TEAM WORLD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Koča Kafarov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to KaoS Futbol Club getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Igor Lebas hit a great ball. After some careless play in the KaoS Futbol Club defense, Koča Kafarov kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pierluigi Buffon. The KaoS Futbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pierluigi Buffon should have stopped the shot. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Koča Kafarov took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Pierluigi Buffon to make any attempt to save it. Pierluigi Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koča Kafarov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, KaoS Futbol Club's Pierluigi Buffon got control of the ball when Koča Kafarov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Koča Kafarov succeeded in the game's 77th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-5. DREAM TEAM WORLD made a substitution. Waldemar Cardozo replaced Koča Kafarov. Lu Zhen Sheng showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Lebas in the 82nd minute of the match. The corner led KaoS Futbol Club's Lluis Companys to fire away a dangerous shot which Lu Zhen Sheng despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in KaoS Futbol Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 85th minute. Penalty! Pierluigi Buffon had in the 86thth minute some difficulties stopping Paulo Jon's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 87th minute, one of KaoS Futbol Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for KaoS Futbol Club. Paulo Jon shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Waldemar Cardozo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pierluigi Buffon having to interfere. Waldemar Cardozo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pierluigi Buffon came out and tried to block the shot, but Waldemar Cardozo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 93rd minute. Pierluigi Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Waldemar Cardozo in the 96th minute. The KaoS Futbol Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching DREAM TEAM WORLD's performance. The match ended with a win for DREAM TEAM WORLD.
