In the 76th match minute, Puianello FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göksel Taşdan to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of S.E.R. Caxias do Sul booed when Puianello FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Azenha didn't get a good kick on the ball. Breno Vergílio scored 2-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Darrel Pennington, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
