In the 13th match minute, SAFRANBOLU ⚜️ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manole Udroiu to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's Okanalp Özdil sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cafer Demirsah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Candelaria FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Marciano Lekubegi hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eddy Worrall in the 21st minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Tomás Bonifaco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SAFRANBOLU ⚜️ were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Candelaria FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Americo Dalmau took the corner. SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Americo Dalmau was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tomás Bonifaco in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Cafer Demirsah played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Marquez in the 25th minute of play. In the 27thth minute of the game Eddy Worrall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Candelaria FC's Tomás Bonifaco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 30 minutes into the match, SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s goal looked a bit too open when Bart Pellen came free, but Cafer Demirsah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Bonifaco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josep Miquelarena in the 35th minute of the match. Eddy Worralls short, quick shot in the 39thth minute got Tomás Bonifaco to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 42nd minute SAFRANBOLU ⚜️ were awarded a corner. Americo Dalmau went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomás Bonifaco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eddy Worrall, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arnaldo Marquez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Okanalp Özdil might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cafer Demirsah. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Birkan Cam put in a rough tackle. After 63 played minutes SAFRANBOLU ⚜️ got a freekick which was hit by Birkan Cam. After a defensive mix-up in SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s zone, Okanalp Özdil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cafer Demirsah came out of the goal and Okanalp Özdil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manole Udroiu in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomás Bonifaco saved Candelaria FC from getting behind. When SAFRANBOLU ⚜️'s Florin Urmasu in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Candelaria FC's goalie prevented a goal. Jefferson de Sena hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Candelaria FC's Christian Gómez was substituted for Okanalp Özdil.
