An unexpectedly hard shot by Sami Zübeyr in the 18th minute of play forced Slavo FC's goalkeeper Otávio Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sami Zübeyr blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Otávio Sanches having to make a save. In the 20th minute Sami Zübeyr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Maci -MM-'s Igor Czapski got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tristan Falco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guilherme Wisnewski in the 26th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Guilherme Wisnewski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tristan Falco. FC Maci -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guilherme Wisnewski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Otávio Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami Zübeyr in the 31st minute of the match. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Slavo FC's goalkeeper Otávio Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Maci -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dieter Nisipeanu in the 35th minute. Igor Czapski made a great header on FC Maci -MM-'s corner, it was just that Slavo FC's Otávio Sanches managed to reach the ball for a save. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Sami Zübeyr made the kick off in the second half. Otávio Sanches was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Sami Zübeyr capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sami Zübeyr really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. With a little luck, Slavo FC's Otávio Sanches got control of the ball when Sami Zübeyr tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Slavo FC booed when FC Maci -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabin Miclauș didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tristan Falco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiliam Figueiredo in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slavo FC's goalkeeper Otávio Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sami Zübeyr fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio Sanches having to interfere. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Tristan Falco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Emanuel Lasker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute Guilherme Wisnewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Falco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otávio Sanches was left in no man's land by his defense there! Slavo FC's Otávio Sanches proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Slavo FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Sami Zübeyr's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Otávio Sanches was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. FC Maci -MM-'s Sami Zübeyr got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Maci -MM-'s Anatoly Karpov was substituted for Igor Czapski. The FC Maci -MM- supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing FC Maci -MM- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
