The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvise Catapano made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Radu Dascălu. After a rather tough play, Playa Malvín's Vladimiro Marquez got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gong Qi Fan in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariusz Komornicki prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nils Elmhuus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acácio da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Mariusz Komornicki came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Playa Malvín's Gong Qi Fan. But to his dismay, Gong Qi Fan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Gong Qi Fan made the kick off in the second half. Ronaldo Håland sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nils Elmhuus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Håland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes of play, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Ronaldo Håland made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils Elmhuus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mariusz Komornicki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gong Qi Fan's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 62nd match minute, CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Aballe to maneuver through the defense. Playa Malvín's Quinto Ampudia was substituted for Gong Qi Fan. Eliézer Mazza's late challenge caught a Playa Malvín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The supporters of Playa Malvín booed when CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliézer Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Playa Malvín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nils Elmhuus should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the match, Henrique Meireles notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Playa Malvín's Nils Elmhuus. Nils Elmhuus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when CAMPINAS FUTEBOL CLUBE's Ronaldo Håland looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Playa Malvín's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
