Tequileros FC's Victorio Basajaun got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorio Basajaun in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Victorio Basajaun notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Granate's Jonathan Palmquist. Jonathan Palmquist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute Andres Frasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Victorio Basajaun to strike the kick off in the second half. Ayhan Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leukothoe Sakelaris in the 50th minute of the match. Granate's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Enzo Hermon in the 52nd minute. The corner ended in Enzo Hermon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan did a great save. Jonathan Palmquist made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorio Basajaun in the 53rd minute. After 55 minutes Granate's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Camilo Dorio who took care of the corner kick. Tequileros FC's Camilo Dorio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Palmquist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jonathan Palmquist came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Tequileros FC's Victorio Basajaun. But to his dismay, Victorio Basajaun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 60th match minute, Tequileros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Dorio to maneuver through the defense. After 88 minutes of play, Tequileros FC's Victorio Basajaun made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Palmquist was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Tequileros FC fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Tequileros FC's Victorio Basajaun looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Granate lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
