Barlas Özerdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Noguera in the 7th minute of the match. A nice corner shot did that Yakiv Revut got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Barlas Özerdal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fernando Noguera took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barlas Özerdal. Barlas Özerdal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Maksimir's Barlas Özerdal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Noguera in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Claudio Noguera's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Barlas Özerdal was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 22nd minute Fernando Noguera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barlas Özerdal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barlas Özerdal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Noguera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Noguera in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Barlas Özerdal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin got a free kick in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Noguera was the one to do the kick off. If Claudio Noguera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Maksimir. Barlas Özerdal had in the 69thth minute some difficulties stopping Fernando Noguera's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 70th minute, Yakiv Revut ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barlas Özerdal was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Barlas Özerdal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Noguera in the 75th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Noguera in the 78th minute of play forced Maksimir's goalkeeper Barlas Özerdal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Maksimir getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Frano Letina hit a great ball. Barlas Özerdal didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when El coca fc's Fernando Noguera shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-1 in the ordered_time% minute. If Jardel Van Landschoot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes Maksimir got a freekick which was hit by Frano Letina. Claudio Noguera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. When the referee ended the match the El coca fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
