Alzaga FC's Bernardo Franco managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Niklas Molander in the 21 minute of the game. Jose Murillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Andréas Linquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alto Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gedeon Káposztás in the 44th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Alzaga FC's Jose Murillo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andréas Linquist. That made the score 1-2 after 46 minutes of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The wind increased when Gedeon Káposztás made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Luiz Paulo Marquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grêmio Papão de WC's Rodrigo Muniz was substituted for Gedeon Káposztás. Grêmio Papão de WC's Geovanildo Zago was substituted for Henrique Messias. Grêmio Papão de WC's Fan Qi Lin was substituted for Luiz Paulo Marquez. Alzaga FC made a substitution. The supporters of Grêmio Papão de WC booed when Alzaga FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Oliverio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Selman Pektaşi got free with Alto Moco in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the match, Grêmio Papão de WC's goal looked a bit too open when Nestor Tesone came free, but Andréas Linquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 97 minutes Grêmio Papão de WC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Adrián Czornomaz who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Narciso Miro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. For all the effort they put into the match, the Grêmio Papão de WC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alzaga FC.
