Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) AFK Petržalka's Žigmund Csontos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Žigmund Csontos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giacomo Casanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 7th minute Michal Hudák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giacomo Casanova saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Obert hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Žigmund Csontos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giacomo Casanova read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to AFK Petržalka getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Vernon De Marco hit a great ball. Adam Hrdina made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Egil Sjögren sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th match minute, Montesacro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Rossi to maneuver through the defense. Michal Hudák blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Giacomo Casanova having to make a save. Giacomo Casanova took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Žigmund Csontos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adam Hrdina came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Montesacro FC's Egil Sjögren. But to his dismay, Egil Sjögren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 44 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's Michal Hudák sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Giacomo Casanova narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Egil Sjögren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adam Hrdina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egil Sjögren, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

If Egil Sjögren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adam Hrdina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Sjögren in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, AFK Petržalka's Žigmund Csontos got a free kick in the 58th minute. Adam Hrdina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Sjögren in the 60th minute of play. After 62 minutes of play, Montesacro FC's Egil Sjögren made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adam Hrdina was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adam Hrdina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Loco Palermo in the 72nd minute of play. The supporters of Montesacro FC booed when AFK Petržalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Bališ didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 minutes, Michal Hudák mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AFK Petržalka and the Montesacro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Michal Hudák hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of AFK Petržalka:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Montesacro FC:s goal. Adam Hrdina had in the 79thth minute some difficulties stopping Loco Palermo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Adam Hrdina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egil Sjögren, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute, Vernon De Marco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Adam Hrdina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egil Sjögren in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egil Sjögren in the 91st minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Montesacro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Michal Hudák came free, but Giacomo Casanova reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egil Sjögren in the 95th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Adam Hrdina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AFK Petržalka's Adam Hrdina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egil Sjögren in the 96th minute of play. After some careless play in the AFK Petržalka defense, Egil Sjögren kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Hrdina. The AFK Petržalka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Hrdina should have stopped the shot. For all the effort they put into the match, the AFK Petržalka players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Montesacro FC.
