The referee ignored Spams's protests and gave Mauricio Bitxintxo a yellow card for diving instead. Mauricio Bitxintxo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Per Stiig Beisel struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Faustino Jerold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Vinícius Servaes might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alisson Becker. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vinícius Servaes ran back to his position shaking his head. Alisson Becker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Servaes, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
