Maní FC's Pascual Pitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Godoy in the 37th minute of play. Pascual Pitin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Godoy's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. After the first half Auriolam II C.F. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Rubén Urruti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Gentenaar in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, Maní FC's Pascual Pitin got control of the ball when Miguel Godoy tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 96th minute, Jesús Perera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pascual Pitin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The Maní FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Auriolam II C.F.'s performance. The match ended with a win for Auriolam II C.F..
