Tony Montana started the match with the kick off. Currito Torrente made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernabe Rojas in the 7th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Tullidos FC's goalie and right to Gabriel Azeari. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Tullidos FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tony Montana in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Adrio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tony Montana scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adolfo Adrio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Tony Montana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adolfo Adrio. 0 descensos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tony Montana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Adolfo Adrio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Montana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Currito Torrente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Rojas in the 25th minute of play. Guido Ocaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 30th minute, 0 descensos's Bernabe Rojas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Currito Torrente. Currito Torrente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Montana in the 33rd minute of play forced 0 descensos's goalkeeper Adolfo Adrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Rojas in the 38th minute of play forced Tullidos FC's goalkeeper Currito Torrente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 0 descensos's Adolfo Adrio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Montana in the 39th minute of play. Tullidos FC's Guido Ocaña got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernabe Rojas made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in 0 descensos's zone, Guido Ocaña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adolfo Adrio came out of the goal and Guido Ocaña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcos Gaztea hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Ludomil Galagan missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 63 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Adolfo Adrio right hand side. Tony Montana who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Adolfo Adrio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, 0 descensos's Stewart Bowden got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Aznaro Rua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 90 minutes of play, Tullidos FC's Aznaro Rua made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adolfo Adrio was left in no man's land by his defense there! 0 descensos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Aznaro Rua scored to the left of an out of position Adolfo Adrio, making the score, 1-5. Tullidos FC played a much better game than 0 descensos and deserved their victory. The 0 descensos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
