Chu Tasso might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over İsmail Hakkı Ökmener. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chu Tasso ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chu Tasso in the 24th minute of play forced Fort Comme Un Turc's goalkeeper İsmail Hakkı Ökmener to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Machado Assis fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tasso FC's protests and gave Machado Assis a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Tasso FC got a freekick which was hit by Machado Assis. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Chu Tasso got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Fort Comme Un Turc's İsmail Hakkı Ökmener proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Fort Comme Un Turc from getting a goal against them. İsmail Hakkı Ökmener was a little too slow when Chu Tasso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 1-0. The supporters of Tasso FC booed when Fort Comme Un Turc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Emir Çelikel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 41st minute, Chu Tasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ahmet Korcan Elçioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fort Comme Un Turc's supporters rose to their feet, but Ahmet Korcan Elçioğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Monte Lobato breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chu Tasso in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg İsmail Hakkı Ökmener saved Fort Comme Un Turc from getting behind. İsmail Hakkı Ökmener took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chu Tasso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th match minute, Fort Comme Un Turc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Şimşek Ruhsat to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Chu Tasso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İsmail Hakkı Ökmener. Fort Comme Un Turc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chu Tasso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After 67 minutes, Pinto Valer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tasso FC and the Fort Comme Un Turc players grew even worse after the yellow card. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 94 played minutes Tasso FC got a freekick which was hit by David Gilmour. After having played for 94 minutes, Vural Başaydın managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fort Comme Un Turc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vural Başaydın was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Tasso FC were the better team. Tasso FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
