Eugeniusz Sochacki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Monte Lobato showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yu Hui Peng in the 20th minute of the match. The Tasso FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Monte Lobato should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, JUNICO Ełk's Zbigniew Orling sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Monte Lobato narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Anton Ekblom's late challenge caught a JUNICO Ełk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anton Ekblom helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Tasso FC's Anton Ekblom got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When Yu Hui Peng came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the JUNICO Ełk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yu Hui Peng couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute, Mick Jagger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Tasso FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. JUNICO Ełk were winning 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Richard Dawkins was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute, JUNICO Ełk's Yu Hui Peng ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Monte Lobato. Monte Lobato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Yu Hui Peng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Monte Lobato made a huge save. In the 63rd minute, Richard Dawkins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. JUNICO Ełk made a substitution. Sander Hakk replaced Alfred Sobania. In the 67th minute, Yu Hui Peng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. JUNICO Ełk's Teofil Mirowski was substituted for Yu Hui Peng. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofil Mirowski in the 72nd minute of play forced Tasso FC's goalkeeper Monte Lobato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Tasso FC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Machado Assis hit a great ball. If Tanek Liermann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 85th minute, Teofil Mirowski fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. With a little luck, Tasso FC's Monte Lobato got control of the ball when Teofil Mirowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofil Mirowski kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Monte Lobato. That made the score 0-4 in the 94 minute of play. JUNICO Ełk's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
