After 12 played minutes 【E ➣PS2 FC got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Sebes. After a rather tough play, 【E ➣PS2 FC's Nicanor Weather got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 29th minute, 【E ➣PS2 FC's Zeledon Lluc dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Aurelio Abancens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Lluc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Deportivo Mandiyu getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ignacio Lopez hit a great ball. Aurelio Abancens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Lluc in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cesar Teofilio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Teofilio in the 54th minute of play forced 【E ➣PS2 FC's goalkeeper Luis Alberto Spinetta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 【E ➣PS2 FC's Angelo Ipar was substituted for Kurt Cobain. Pablo Berro made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Angelo Ipar immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Ipar in the 67th minute of play forced Deportivo Mandiyu's goalkeeper Aurelio Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Deportivo Mandiyu's Juan María Traverso was substituted for Arne Bronco. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesar Teofilio in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Alberto Spinetta saved 【E ➣PS2 FC from getting behind. After 76 played minutes Deportivo Mandiyu got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Lopez. The audience was convinced that Cesar Teofilio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luis Alberto Spinetta was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. After some careless play in the 【E ➣PS2 FC defense, Cesar Teofilio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis Alberto Spinetta. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Juan María Traverso put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Luis Alberto Spinetta. Aurelio Abancens stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Di Santi's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Mandiyu walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
