Eusébio Leão started the match with the kick off. Edvin Skålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eusébio Leão, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The audience was convinced that Asım Suat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Heitor Horta was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kuddusî Erdemli in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Heitor Horta saved Ponte do Carro from getting behind. In the 24th minute of the match Şenol Erçelik sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Heitor Horta skillfully saved the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's goal looked a bit too open when Beat Buckmann came free, but Heitor Horta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ozon Fc's Beat Buckmann in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ahmet Reha Parskan kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Asım Suat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Asım Suat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Heitor Horta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heitor Horta was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Asım Suat capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Asım Suat really showed his touch with that goal: 0-1. In the 59th minute, Eusébio Leão made a precise shot to the right of Edvin Skålberg. Ozon Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 63rd minute, Şenol Erçelik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edvin Skålberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateus Quaresma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ozon Fc's Edvin Skålberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusébio Leão in the 71st minute of play. Vladimiro Corte-Real hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Ozon Fc's Mehmet Efe Bedük got a free kick in the 77th minute. Heitor Horta made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Zumar Goyanes sent off a good shot on target. 86 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Heitor Horta had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zumar Goyanes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zumar Goyanes in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Heitor Horta prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Heitor Horta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kuddusî Erdemli in the 93rd minute. In the 96th minute, Zumar Goyanes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heitor Horta was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ozon Fc eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
