The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Bogoljub Ristić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Skålberg having to interfere. Edvin Skålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mugdim Kalajdžić, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. FISHBONE 06's Veselin Pejović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Beat Buckmann in the 10th minute of play. Edvin Skålberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erdal Ratkić, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bogoljub Ristić in the 21st minute of play forced Ozon Fc's goalkeeper Edvin Skålberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edvin Skålberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hajrudin Zizović in the 28th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Semi Akdoruk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Ozon Fc getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Semi Akdoruk hit a great ball. In the 44th match minute, FISHBONE 06 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bogoljub Ristić to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the game, Asım Suat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Veselin Pejović was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

56 minutes into the game, FISHBONE 06's Bogoljub Ristić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edvin Skålberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. In the 63rd minute, Semi Akdoruk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Veselin Pejović was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 66 minutes into the game, one of Ozon Fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuddusî Erdemli in the 73rd minute of play forced FISHBONE 06's goalkeeper Veselin Pejović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Mugdim Kalajdžić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78th minute, Beat Buckmann left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ozon Fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Şenol Erçelik kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 87th minute Kuddusî Erdemli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Veselin Pejović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Mehmet Efe Bedük had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Veselin Pejović. FISHBONE 06's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mehmet Efe Bedük was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. Ozon Fc made a substitution. Erdal Erenoz replaced Semi Akdoruk. Bogoljub Ristić hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Veselin Pejović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zumar Goyanes in the 100th minute of the match. Many of FISHBONE 06's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. FISHBONE 06 may have spent more time on the ball, but Ozon Fc were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
