Through an outstanding action, after 3 minutes, Harald Dyrseth successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Harald Dyrseth was a little too slow when Big Dickey got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Harald Dyrseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Big Dickey, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rikard Klint in the 22nd minute of play forced Ballkam Sportsklubb's goalkeeper Harald Dyrseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harald Dyrseth made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Big Dickey sent off a good shot on target. Harald Dyrseth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Big Dickey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Big Dickey recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 43rd minute, Big Dickey left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hawk Tuah FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Hawk Tuah FC's Franz Kühne played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Kašpárek in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Kašpárek was the one to do the kick off.
