Sylwester Zima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cris Bala having to interfere. After 15 minutes, Tico Mole mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brasiliense FC and the FC LIVERPOOL players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of FC LIVERPOOL booed when Brasiliense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tico Mole didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boguslaw Hoffman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Brasiliense FC's Cris Bala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boguslaw Hoffman in the 18th minute of play. Tommy Thompson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Deng Zhen Fan in the 20th minute. Tommy Thompson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Washington Sarmento in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of FC LIVERPOOL booed when Brasiliense FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafa Sena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Augusto Chaves kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. A collision led to Brasiliense FC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Pedro Augusto Chaves hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Brasiliense FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wilfredo Eneko came free, but Cris Bala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cris Bala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Eneko in the 30th minute of play. When FC LIVERPOOL's Gino Araújo in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Cris Bala stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Eneko's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. 40 minutes into the match, FC LIVERPOOL's goalkeeper Tommy Thompson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Deng Zhen Fan. In the 47th minute FC LIVERPOOL were awarded a corner. Boguslaw Hoffman went to the cornerflag to take it. Des Bancroft was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post.

The wind increased when Deng Zhen Fan made the kick off in the second half. Des Bancroft received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Cris Bala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilfredo Eneko hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Brasiliense FC's Cris Bala proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Brasiliense FC from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, FC LIVERPOOL's Des Bancroft ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cris Bala. Cris Bala yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC LIVERPOOL had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
