Gallardo y Biscay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAN LORENZO FC the free kick. A collision led to Gallardo y Biscay FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Fabian Maiser hit a great ball. Aristides Castel's late challenge caught a Gallardo y Biscay FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aristides Castel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th match minute, SAN LORENZO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Castel to maneuver through the defense. When Miguel Borja came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Gallardo y Biscay FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Borja couldn't finish the play. When Ezequiel Balasi fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gallardo y Biscay FC's protests and gave Ezequiel Balasi a yellow card for diving instead. SAN LORENZO FC made a substitution. Federico Eleazar replaced Walter Erviti. A collision led to Gallardo y Biscay FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Ezequiel Balasi hit a great ball. Natalio Mitxaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Balasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Fabian Maiser was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 51 minutes had been played. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aristides Castel in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Prospero Maju saved Gallardo y Biscay FC from getting behind. The SAN LORENZO FC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when SAN LORENZO FC's Aristides Castel looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 62nd minute, Luis Clodio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prospero Maju stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aristides Castel's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. SAN LORENZO FC's Ruperto Erlantz was substituted for Justino Quinito. Miguel Borja kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Sebastian Vidal hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Aristides Castel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Prospero Maju read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Luiz Eduardo Alves hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. 84 minutes into the match, Gallardo y Biscay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Rodas came free, but Prospero Maju reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natalio Mitxaut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezequiel Balasi in the 86th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Gallardo y Biscay FC were awarded a corner.
