Oscar Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Narciso Mero in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Octavia's Sengrat Abel got a free kick in the 21st minute. Simon Hori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordanis Anastasiadis in the 24th minute of play. Oscar Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Puch in the 25th minute of play. Showtime FC were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Octavia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. José Puch took the corner. Showtime FC's José Puch was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Oscar Frascuelo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Octavia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. José Puch was slow to take the kick. During this time Showtime FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Showtime FC's corner José Puch fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oscar Frascuelo quite easily take care of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mihai Gherase came free, but Simon Hori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Showtime FC's Teofilo Dalmu got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 41st minute Iordanis Anastasiadis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Hori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oscar Frascuelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Dominic in the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mihai Gherase made a kick off. After 50 minutes, Dylan Sarmiento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Showtime FC and the Octavia players grew even worse after the yellow card. 51 minutes into the match, Showtime FC's goal looked a bit too open when Iordanis Anastasiadis came free, but Simon Hori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Hori took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iordanis Anastasiadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Dylan Sarmiento was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. The supporters of Octavia booed when Showtime FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omar Dominic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Oscar Frascuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Mero came free with the goalkeeper in the 62nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oscar Frascuelo could save by the left post. Oscar Frascuelo made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when José Puch sent off a good shot on target. Simon Hori showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihai Gherase in the 67th minute of the match. Mihai Gherase recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Showtime FC's Prospero Abel was substituted for Omar Dominic. Oscar Frascuelo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prospero Abel, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the game, Mihai Gherase cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Simon Hori was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Showtime FC made a substitution. Eustacio Sadurni replaced Celestino Richie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mihai Gherase in the 88th minute of play forced Showtime FC's goalkeeper Simon Hori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. José Puch recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
