Dario Bingen started the match with the kick off. Charly Rusterholz took the ball and in the 2 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Denis Calvino. Denis Calvino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cornelio Ixidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dario Bingen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornelio Ixidor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 15 minutes into the match, Rondo's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Ixidor came free, but Orestis Lazarou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Rondo's Charly Rusterholz made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denis Calvino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atlético Villa Gesell's Denis Calvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacco Hekman in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Atlético Villa Gesell getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Cornelio Ixidor hit a great ball. Dario Bingen came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Orestis Lazarou could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Charly Rusterholz in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Calvino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charly Rusterholz to make the kick off. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético Villa Gesell's goalkeeper Denis Calvino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Denis Calvino was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Dirk-Jan Knuppel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dirk-Jan Knuppel really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Jacco Hekman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnout Arends could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Denis Calvino made a huge save. 65 minutes into the match, Atlético Villa Gesell's goal looked a bit too open when Arnout Arends came free, but Denis Calvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Dario Bingen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orestis Lazarou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 71 minutes of play, Atlético Villa Gesell's Dario Bingen made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orestis Lazarou was left in no man's land by his defense there! Atlético Villa Gesell made a substitution. Laureano Efraim replaced Eriberto Aztore. Paulo Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 79 minutes into the match, Paulo Rudolfo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orestis Lazarou. Rondo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Rudolfo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. In the 86th match minute, Atlético Villa Gesell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hipolito Feliu to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Atlético Villa Gesell's Denis Calvino got control of the ball when Jacco Hekman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Paulo Rudolfo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th match minute, Rondo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roeland Hoogendorp to maneuver through the defense.
