If Porfiriy Lubenskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilian Ferenț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Domingues in the 7th minute of play. Porfiriy Lubenskiy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilian Ferenț came out and tried to block the shot, but Porfiriy Lubenskiy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. Roman Babel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Cozac, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rocco Siffredi in the 22nd minute of play forced F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goalkeeper Emilian Ferenț to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Emilian Ferenț successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 30 minutes into the match, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goal looked a bit too open when Inácio Domingues came free, but Emilian Ferenț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Porfiriy Lubenskiy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Adrian Cozac fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s protests and gave Adrian Cozac a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes F.C.DrobetA-Știința- got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Cozac. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Porfiriy Lubenskiy took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Emilian Ferenț to make any attempt to save it. Roman Babel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bai Xi Jing, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After a rather tough play, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Valer Penaru got a free kick in the 44th minute. In the last second Emilian Ferenț throw himself and got hold of the ball when Inácio Domingues in the 46thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Inácio Domingues was slow to take the kick. During this time FC LARISSA Ivanovo's players had a chance to rest. FC LARISSA Ivanovo's Inácio Domingues was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emilian Ferenț in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A nice corner shot did that Inácio Domingues got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Emilian Ferenț quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bai Xi Jing was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Claudiu Chircu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s zone, Inácio Domingues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilian Ferenț came out of the goal and Inácio Domingues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Porfiriy Lubenskiy made a precise shot to the right of Emilian Ferenț. F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Bai Xi Jing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Roman Babel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute Bai Xi Jing shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Babel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Emilian Ferenț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Porfiriy Lubenskiy in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s goalkeeper Emilian Ferenț, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bai Xi Jing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Babel having to interfere. A collision led to F.C.DrobetA-Știința- getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Erubiel Artizar hit a great ball. If Porfiriy Lubenskiy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Valer Penaru got a free kick in the 79th minute. The corner led FC LARISSA Ivanovo's Inácio Domingues to fire away a dangerous shot which Emilian Ferenț despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Claudiu Chircu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roman Babel having to interfere.
