Zé Bani showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Zé Bani kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hossam Nadolski. That made the score 2-0 in the 11 minute of play. If Zé Bani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hossam Nadolski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zé Bani, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Hossam Nadolski was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 26 minutes into the match, LTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xulio Bermudez came free, but Dalmacio Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. LTA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Godofredo Ermengol in the 28th minute. Souston C.F were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after LTA FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Xulio Bermudez took the corner. Xulio Bermudez made a great header on Souston C.F's corner, it was just that LTA FC's Dalmacio Ebardo managed to reach the ball for a save. A throw-in in the 37th minute of the game was made by Rigoberto Guijarro with Frenkie de Jong as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 38th minute, Xulio Bermudez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. LTA FC's David Esiquio quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xulio Bermudez to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LTA FC had won after a very even match.
