Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Firdauz Ee started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Lloyd Ginn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamir Amin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Rush, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Firdauz Ee dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Steven Bailey, 1-0. Ali Gopala Pillai kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. If Eric Rush had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steven Bailey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Firdauz Ee, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Steven Bailey successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Steven Bailey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Firdauz Ee's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Firdauz Ee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Steven Bailey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bloomsbury's Stevie Renwick got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 34 played minutes Hillhead FC got a freekick which was hit by Khairul Dyce. After a defensive mix-up in Bloomsbury's zone, SK Lim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steven Bailey came out of the goal and SK Lim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Firdauz Ee in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steven Bailey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bloomsbury's Lloyd Ginn got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bloomsbury's goalkeeper Steven Bailey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44th minute Firdauz Ee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steven Bailey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Firdauz Ee recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eric Rush stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Tan Chien-Kwan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steven Bailey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Firdauz Ee went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Firdauz Ee's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Steven Bailey was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Tan Chien-Kwan struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Steven Bailey didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hillhead FC. Steven Bailey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Firdauz Ee in the 82nd minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Bloomsbury's goal looked a bit too open when Firdauz Ee came free, but Steven Bailey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Hillhead FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tommy Daly came free, but Hamir Amin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Hillhead FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Bloomsbury. Jeremy Talbot stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Hamir Amin. 3-1. In the 97th minute, Bloomsbury's Stevie Renwick ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hamir Amin. Hamir Amin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. There was no doubt that Hillhead FC were the better team. Hillhead FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
